2 minuters promenad till affär, bageri och apotek. 10 minuters promenad till Pålsjöskog. 10 minuters promenad till fria bad. 15 minuters promenad till Helsingborgs centrum/Resecentrum. 90min med tåg/60min med bil till Köpenhamn/Kastrup.

Inga husdjur tillåtet. Uthyres från och med 1 september 2024 och 24 månader framåt (kan därefter förlängas). Huset uthyres delvis möblerat eller möblerat. 20.000kr/månad inkl vatten/avlopp, sophämtning, Verisure larm. Kontakt till trädgårdsmästare samt städerska kan ges.

Vi önskar nyttja huset fyra veckor under sommartid (period avtalas gemensamt) och hyresgäster där detta är möjligt kommer prioriteras.

The bathroom has a freestanding Edwardian bath and a separate large shower. The kitchen has a rangecooker and wine fridge. Fireplace in the living room. Large green garden.

2mins walk to grocery store, bakery and Pharmacia. 10min walk to forest/Pålsjöskog. 10mins walk to white sand beach/fria bad. 15mins walk to city center/train station. 90mins with train and 60mins with car to international airport/Kastrup Copenhagen.

No pets allowed. Rented out from 1st of September 2024 and for a 24months period (can thereafter be prolonged). The house is rented out furnished or partly furnished. 20.000SEK/months including water, garbage emptying, Verisure alarm system.

We wish to use the house 4 weeks during the summer holidays (exact weeks can be agreed together) and tenants with which this will be possible will be prioritized.
