Our lovely newly built(never stayed in before) one bedroom apartment is located on a small horse farm on the outskirts of Lund.

It is a 10min bike ride to the nearest train station and a 3min walk to the majestic Kävlinge river. 15min drive to the central station.

If you love living the quiet country side life, this apartment is for you.

It is fully furnished and would be ideal for students.

We prefer non-smokers and no pets(a cat can be discussed).

Water and trash removal is included in the price.

Electricity and Internet is not included.

A month deposit is required.

There are two other apartments on our farm that are currently being rented out, one of then is adjacent to this apartment.

The apartment is not ideal for families since the farm has restricted areas for kids due to the horse operations on the farm.
