Från och med 20 februari hyr jag ut min renoverade och delvis möblerade lägenhet nära tunnelbanan, belägen lugnt i Gamla stan.

Månadshyra: 15 000 SEK (deposition: 15 000 SEK). Fastigheten är uppförd år 1643. Lägenheten är 30 kvm stor, har en takhöjd på hela 3,4 m, en fungerande pampig kakelugn, två stora vackra fönsterpartier samt ett sovloft med gott om förvaringsmöjligheter. Köket är snyggt och stilrent utrustat med keramikhäll, köksfläkt, ugn, mikro, kyl/frys och diskmaskin, med bra förvaringsmöjligheter och arbetsytor. I badrummet finns WC, handfat, golvvärme, dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Lägenheten hyrs ut med tillstånd från bostadsrättsföreningen, gärna på längre tid.

As of February 20, I am renting out my renovated and partially furnished apartment near the subway, located quietly in the Old Town.
The monthly rent is SEK 15,000 (deposit: SEK 15,000).
The property was built in 1643. The apartment is 30 square meters in size, with a ceiling height of 3.4 meters. It features a working grand tiled stove, two large beautiful window sections, and a sleeping loft with plenty of storage options. The kitchen is neat and stylishly equipped with a ceramic hob, cooker hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. It also has good storage options and work surfaces. In the bathroom, there is a WC, sink, underfloor heating, shower, washing machine, and dryer. The apartment is being rented out with permission from the housing association, preferably for a longer period.
