Mycket fin ljus 2-rumslägenhet på 47kvm, fräsch med vitmålade väggar. Lägenheten delar du med mig som har den som övernattningslägenhet ca 1-2 nätter i veckan. Du hyr ett rum som bara du nyttjar, men har tillgång till kök o vardagsrum (där jag har sovalkov). Lägenheten har också söt balkong.
Goda kommunikationer med buss 1 precis utanför.
Gärdets tunnelbanestation ligger 5 minuters promenad bort.
Jag är en mycket renlig person o vill att lägenheten hålls så av inneboende. Inga fester i lägenheten tillåts. I hyra ingår wifi, el o vatten.
I huset finns tvättstuga med mkt tvättider.

Very nice bright 2-room apartment of 47 square meters, fresh with white painted walls. You share the apartment with me, who has it as an overnight apartment for about 1-2 nights a week. You rent a room that only you use, but have access to the kitchen and living room (where I have a sleeping corner). The apartment also has a nice balcony.
Good communications with bus 1 right outside.
Gärdet metro station is a 5-minute walk away.
I am a very clean person and want the apartment to be kept that way by the residents. No parties in the apartment are allowed. The rent includes free wifi, electricity, gas and water (that I pay).
In the housing there is a laundry room with easy access to washing times .
I live in another city and commute to Sthlm for work at the university.
