I let a room ( 8 sq) in my flat (113 sq). It is a fin-de-siecle apartment on the third floor thoroughly renovated in 2009. The flat is located in Vasastan with all sorts of public transport, restaurants and cosy cafés just around the corner. As a lodger you will have access to the kitchen and have your own private restroom. Shared shower though. Electricity and internet access are included.

I might take care of a friend's dog a couple of weeks this autumn so you must be allergic to or afraid of dogs.
