Deposition of one month is required and refundable after the tenant returns the apartment with the same conditions. The rent must be paid before the period of stay on the 25th of each month (can be discussed).

I am the owner of the apartment and now working in the UK, so no worry about multiple owners or second-hand contract. I would also like to reserve my rights to reply to only potential tenants. This apartment is NOT suitable for a family with children as it is too small for more than 2 persons. Therefore, no pets, no children, and max. 2 people.
