House on the countryside in Önnerup village. Close to Lund and Malmö.

The house is 120 square meters (+60 in the basement) and suitable for a smaller family with one child.

Fiber for fast internet and TV is available.

The house consists of the top floor, with one smaller bedroom and the master bedroom with a balcony facing west. There is also a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet remodelled in 2011. The bathroom has a heated floor.

On the entrance floor there is a large living room together with a dining room. A modern wood stove can be found here, great for the winter evenings with its cozy atmosphere.

The kitchen is overlooking the back of garden and the fields and is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The basement is large and good for storage. Washing machine and dryer is also placed here along with a freezer and the air/water heat pump.

Very quiet location, not much traffic and few close neighbours. The owner will live in separate building on the property for parts of the year.

A large English style garden with a large lawn, a pond and several fruit trees. A creek runs alongside the property, with lots of birds and wildlife. Several possibilities to grow your own potatoes, beans, carrots, tomatoes etc.

Plenty of parking space, and several storage buildings.

7 km to Lund and 12 km to Malmö. 2 km to the sandy beaches and the sauna in Bjärred.

The bus stop to Malmö is 8 minutes away by bike and the bus stop to Lund is slightly closer.
