Modern well equipped home. Feels like you are tucked away in the forest despite being only a 15 minute drive or 25 minute bus ride from the center of Gothenburg. The house can be partially furnished if needed, and includes a large deck and garden as well as your own private hot tub.

I am currently living abroad and will rent out my home for the years I am gone.

Electricity and internet are not included in the rent. Garbage collection and sewage removal are included in the rent.

The pictures in the ad have been taken over the years and reflect what you can do by decorating with your own personal style. Right now the house is very minimally furnished with only one double bed and two wardrobes.
