You will have an own refrigerator and freezer which are in connection to the kitchen.
It takes 7-10 min. with public bus to the city center (Brunnsparken) and 3-4 minutes by car on non rush hours. Six buses run the route from the city center, Buses 18,19,40,45,52 and 143 which means often NO WAITING times
The rent is 5.200:- /month/room including heat, water, electricity, and 24hr Broadband.
The tenant shall be an absolutely non smoker person.
Social drinking and student parties/students meetings are acceptable.
