We’re renting out our beloved family home in one of the best locations on Ekerö – Älvnäs – while we spend a year abroad. Built just under four years ago with great attention to detail, this modern and well-maintained house is fully equipped for comfortable family living.
The home offers 185 sqm of indoor living space, plus an additional terrace, and a covered outdoor dining area directly accessible from the living room.

Beautifully situated at the tip of the Älvnäs cape, the house sits on a high point near the water, offering lake views from the living room and most bedrooms.

We love the spaciousness and open layout of the house, where indoor and outdoor living flow together naturally. Large windows flood the home with sunlight from morning to evening, creating a bright and uplifting atmosphere throughout the day.
