We are renting out our cozy apartment in the city center. Period of renting is three months; 1st of November 2023 to 30 January 2024. It is located in the heart of Gothenburg close to everything you need; Slottsskogen (Central Park), Botanical Garden, Haga (Old Town) with a lot of stores and restaurants.
Also the tram stop is just outside the door. Regarding the apartment, it has a practical layout with kitchen and living room being connected. Bedrooms are spacious and we will provide all sheets/ covers/pillows. The balcony is closed with glasses and a heating element, making it pleasant to sit there all year around. The bathroom as both shower and bathtub, laundry and drier. The apartment is fully furnished with all the equipment you need (baby crib available). Electricity, water and heating is included in the rent togehter with internet and WIFI.
There is also a shared inner garden area with playground and a pergola with BBQ.
Rent: 15 000 kr / month.
