One of our housemates is moving out, so we have a room available in our beautiful and luxurious house in Lundby. Available from now on until end of November with possible extension.

It’s in an amazing yellow house, with a garden, 4 minutes to public transport (Eketrägatan, Gropegårdsgatan), and quick easy access to the centre of Gothenburg (15 mins).

The house features two kitchens with plenty of space, two common spaces: dining hall and living room with a fireplace. Three bathrooms, so there is never a queue. A big basement with washing, drying and storage rooms.

We who are living here together as a collective are working and around 30 year old. We like to casually hang-out together or share meals.

The room is currently unfurnished, but we can provide mattresses.

Rent: 5300 SEK/month with 2 month deposit.
