This is a cozy house with excellent public transport connections. The house has 5 rooms and a freshly renovated bathroom.
The garden includes a grill, and a gazebo. There is some outdoor storage including a bicycle parking space, and two sheds.
The garden is beautiful throughout the year! During the late summer and autumn you get apples, pears, grapes and berries.

The neighbourhood: lovely neighbors, plus a playground nearby. Great walking opportunities in Eriksberg nearby and Diakoni in the front. Gym and shopping can be found in Eriksberg shopping center with a 10 minute walk.

The rent includes:
1- Garbage collection
2- Water

You will be responsible for garden upkeep or we can arrange it at an additional cost.

Note that the garage and driveway will be inaccessible the first week or two of September while we renovate the drainage system.
