Sunny and recently painted room with private bathroom in a large villa, for rent to a caring student with good references.
The area is one of Stockholms most popular and safe neighborhoods, surrounded by green areas and water, with good connections to city center (17 min with local train or by car).
The tenant will have access to a well-equipped kitchen including refrigerator, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, water cooker, coffee machine as well as access to laundry room and gym.
Sauna, swimming pool (May-Okt) and car charger may be used for an additional fee.
We’re a married couple working within EdTech. Our son studies abroad since 2022 and we’ve let out his rum to students since then. We’ve learned to know many interesting young adults this way and would love to continue so as long as our son is away. We have a 20 years old daughter living with us for now.
Walking distance to nature reserve, green areas as well as grocery store, restaurants and cafés, dry cleaning, busses, local train, running tracks, mountain bike tracks, cross-country ski tracks, football field etc. There is even a small local ski slope close by.
