Really nice room for rent in Lund!

Hi!
I’m looking for a new roommate to my
2 bedroom apartment.

The room is available from the beginning of June. Rent is 4500 kr/month.

The apartment:
- Very cozy room, fully furnished!
(bed, desk, wardrobe and plenty of
storage space)
(The couch and coffee table on the
pictures belong to my previous
roommate.)
- Fully tiled, nice bathroom
- Spacious kitchen with dishwasher and
everything else you need.
- Balcony
- Wifi, electricity, heat, and everything else included.

Location:
- Blekingevägen 5
- Very calm area, just south of Stadsparken (the city park)
- 3min to supermarket by bike
- 7min from Lund C by bike
- 7-15 min to most university faculties by bike
- Two bus stations just 30meters away

Rent is 4500kr/month, with one months rent as deposit.
Continuous contract, so no specific end date in the contract. Ideally long term rental, but short term can be considered.

About myself:
I’m Swedish and very outgoing, but also value a calm morning and time to yourself. I love a good chat (both in English and Swedish), i’m into all the sports you can imagine, and very tidy.
I’ve studied Business and Economics in Lund, and now work full time at DHL in Helsingborg.
Some of the many things I enjoy:
- Sailing (I have a small sailing boat in Malmö)
- Kitesurfing
- Judo, rugby and the gym
- Having drinks at a bar
- Fun and interesting discussions about anything from physics to business or culture
- Exploring new places
- Personal growth
