Female physicist looking for a small appartment with balcony

After finishing my Doktorat in Physics in Germany, I moved here to Lund to work as a researcher at the University. I am looking for a small apartment (1 or 2 rooms) with kitchen and a very much wanted balcony, where I could enjoy having some growing herbs. I would be very happy to have a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment. The apartment can well be unfurnished.
