I’m renting out a room in my student apartment and looking for a friendly and responsible person to share it with.

The apartment is 94.3 m² and has two bathrooms, so we’ll each have our own. The room is about 14 m² and unfurnished, while the kitchen and living room are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. There’s also a laundry room that’s easy to book whenever needed.

The location is really convenient, close to LTH, with good bus connections to Lund C (about 8 minutes). Willys, Lidl and ICA are all within walking distance.

I’m looking for someone who’s an active student or PhD at Lund University, in line with AF Bostäder’s housing rules.

I’ll be living here too, so I’d appreciate someone who’s tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with.
