We're looking for a flatmate for our large, well-planned apartment in Norra Fäladen. It's close to Lund University, great daycares, schools, and grocery stores (Willys & Ica). The apartment has good storage and plenty of room for jackets and shoes. You will share the apartment with a girl who's studying at Lund University.

Rent includes heating, cold and hot water, 100MBit fiber internet, TV channels & 1 parking spot. Tenant will make an electricity contract. A contract will be in place from February 15, 2023 until late August, with the possibility of an extension (6 months at a time).

There is a kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, and two bedrooms with nice natural light. The kitchen is large and can accommodate six to eight people. It includes a stove, a range hood, a dishwasher, a microwave and a refrigerator.
