Hello!
A very central room (30 sqm) is available to share with one Swedish female Lund University professional. I live in a very big and very central apartment (125 sqm), in a 19th century building. I’ve shared my homes with different persons over the years, and it works really well. The two bedrooms are in different parts of the big apartment. The current tenant, a professor, is now moving abroad. You will only share it with me. It’s perfect if you arrive by train: it’s 100 meters to the train station!

This is for someone who will need this part-time – commuting within Sweden, or from another country – staying in Lund only weekdays or other arrangement. Instead of hotel or whole apartment. This is for someone who has a permanent home elsewhere. It is not full-time housing. This not negotiable, so please respect that.

One person, no smoking. The place is fully furnished. The big spare bedroom (30 sqm) has a double bed, desk with working area, a separate dinner table, closet, armchair etc. Garden with safe place for a bicycle. Wonderful view! Kitchen with whatever you might need to store and cook food. Bed linen, towels etc included, and cleaning too.

The rent is 6300 with furniture and electricity. There will be an extra charge of 500 SEK, since I will pay for all consumables in a household, including cleaning.

I’ve done my bit of student time and parties, so this is a clean and calm place. We show each other respect.

Available from September 1st, not sooner.

Since I’m a teacher at Lund University, I keep my name hidden at first. You will get my full identity if we start discussing a renting arrangement.

Of course, it's totally legal for me to sublet like this. We will have a contract. The rent is also acceptable according to Swedish laws (I could charge more). I will not ask for any weird electronic verification that can be used in scams... I prefer if we talk over phone, Zoom or whatever before meeting up.

I don't mind what ethnicity, religion or gender you have (besides respecting it). But I can't host people with questionable connections to some authoritarian regimes ;)
