I'm looking for residents to my big apartment in Lund. The apartment is shared together with me and others.

I prefer to rent out to a women, non-smoking, who likes to have a clean and tidy home and want to live in a flat where mutual respect is the key. You are positive, humble and understand the responsibility of sharing a home with another person. I don´t allow any pets, smoking or alcohol. It´s important that you are a responsible person and that you have a good economy. You have to be able to pay a deposit.

Rental period: Long-term rental is preferred, with minimum 6 months rental period. Electricity, water and wifi are included in the rent. The rooms are available in January.

The rooms: There is one big single room and one small single room available. There is also an option for a double room for couples or friends.

The apartment: It has a fully tiled bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a large laundry room is downstairs. In the kitchen there are all facilities and a dishwasher. In the area there are a library, indoor and outdoor pool, ice hockey hall, green area, football arena and grocery stores. There are good connections to The central of Lund, direct bus (8 minutes) to the University and also express buses to the central parts of Malmö. It is proximity to Tetra Pak and It is only 5 minutes walk to the city park. In the area lives both students, families and elderly people. I really enjoying that mix of people.
