Jag avser att hyra ut min hyresbostad på 47 kvadratmeter i andra hand i minst ett halvt år (med möjlighet till förlängning) på grund av arbeten någon annanstans från. Uthyrning från 1 juni och hyran är 8,500kr / månad. Lägenheten ligger vid Folkets Park, nära Möllan och gångavstånd till Triangeln. Det ligger på femte våningen utan hiss. Det är en målad vindsvåning med sluttande tak, balkar i tak och tegelvägg. Tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och badkar.
Lägenheten är uthyrd möblerad, vilket innebär att köksutrustning och köksmöbler, soffa, bokhyllor etc. ingår. Naturligtvis kommer du gärna att komplettera med dina egna saker! Hyran inkluderar värme, vatten, TV och fiber internet. Hyresgästen får stå för el själv.

1 månad hyra är förskott + 3 hyror i depositionsavgift. 3 månaders uppsägningstid.

Detta är en lägenhet för 1-2 personer, inte en hel familj. Du / Ni som hyresgäst måste vara pålitlig, ordnad och respektera tiden för betalning av hyran och vara fri från betalningsanmärkningar. Du / Du måste vara djurfri och rökfri. Ser ut som referenser från tidigare hyresvärdar.
Som tidigare nämnts äger rum inte tidigare än 1 juni.

I plan to rent out my property as second hand, which is 47 square meters for at least 6 months (with the possibility of a long-term extension) due to finding work elsewhere. Rental is from 1st June and the rent is 8,500 SEK / month. The apartment is located just by Folkets Park, close to Möllan and walking distance to Triangeln. It is located on the fifth floor in a building without a lift. It is a painted attic apartment with sloping ceilings, wood beams and brick walls. Washing machine, dishwasher and bathtub are in the apartment.
The apartment is rented furnished, which means that kitchen appliances and apartment furniture, sofa, bookshelves etc. are included. Of course, you can happily supplement the interior with your own things! The rent includes heating, water, TV and fast internet. The tenant is expected to pay for the electricity themselves.

1 month rent is expected in advance + 3 months rent will be held as a security deposit. The notice period is 3 months.

This is an apartment for 1-2 people, not a whole family. I am looking for a tenant who is reliable, orderly and respects the time when rent is due and is also free from credit remarks. You must be pet-free, a non-smoker who preferably has good references from previous landlords.
As mentioned earlier, the property is not available to rent earlier than from 1st June.
