I am renting one of the bedrooms in a 2 bedroom apartment in Västra Hamnen. It comes with its own private bathroom.

The apartment is 106 sq meters. Two bathrooms. Two balconies. The bedroom has its own French balcony. There is an additional, ~10 square meter balcony for the living room.

Living room and kitchen are shared. Same with various other appliances:

-washing machine
-drier
-dishwasher
-oven
-stove
-vacuum cleaner

There are two fridges, each with its own freezer, so you can have your own fridge.

All costs are included in the rent (heating, electricity, internet).

I am a father. My son comes to visit about 2 hours, several days a week. He sleeps over just one night (Friday to Saturday).

Ability to speak at least basic English is very important, otherwise we won't be able to understand each other. Unfortunately, I am not fluent in Swedish.
