Fully furnished from 1 march 2025 until further notice with mutual notice period. Good bus connection to the rest of Malmo. The bus stop is close to the building. 11 minuts by bicycle to värnhemstorget.

The rent which is 8450kr/month includes the following.
Heating, cold water (normal use 1 person), hot water(normal use 1 person), internet(super fast), stair cleaning, garbage collection.

Hela kvarteret är nybyggd och ligger i ett lugnt villa område. Gratis parkering tvärsöver gatan i villa område.

Hyrs ut fullt möblerad från 1 mars 2025 eller enligt överenskommelse och tillsvidare med omsesidigt uppsägningstid. Bra bussförbindelse till övriga malmö och busshållplats ligger nära huset, matbutik, park, gym, bank, burger king ligger runt hörnet. Diskmaskin och tvättmaskin i bostaden. 11 minuter med cykel till värnhemstorget
