Rental period is from 1/2-2025 , with an eventual extension to 2/1-2026. The apartment is available now, so this is negotiable. I will be doing a sambo-prov in another city during this period, hence why I am renting out this apartment 2:hand.

Up for grabs is a 63sq meter, 2 room apartment located in one of Malmö’s popular districts Möllevångstorget. Right across the street from Folkets Park, a five minute away from all of the popular cafes/restaurants in the area, and a 10 min walk to Triangeln Metro station and Södervarn bus station.

Spacious bedroom and living room both with French balconies, kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a dining space for four people. A bathroom incl. bathtub, and plenty of storage cabinets.

Apartment is rented out furnished (couch, bed, cabinets, dining room table, kitchen equipment etc). The second-hand renter and I will agree on what we will do with other items such as microwave, vaccum cleaner and various items that are left. Half of the storage space in the basement storage will be available if needed.

Requirements:

- No smoking in the apartment whatsoever.
- No pets, but can be discussed.
- The apartment is rented out to max 2 people.
- One month disposition, which is to be returned to the renter once the rental period is up.
- Fast salary. Responsible and reasonable person.
- Renter is to have their own home insurance policy.
- Rental contract is to be agreed upon between us, including the approval of MKB and adheres to their policies.
