We are a family of 4 with two young kids and looking for a single tenant who loves feeling of an independent villa and access to garden. House is ready for long term rent from 20th Dec 2023.
Due to high interest rates and electricity cost if two person want to rent, then the price is 10000 SEK per month (El price is included).
This Cottage is placed right at the Lillebovagen Bus stop, that it only takes 3 minutes to reach Sollentuna Centrum or Hellelund Centrum and access to commuter train. The commuter train goes to Stockholm Centrum in 3 stops, or Arlanda and Uppsala without train change.
The cottage has unlimited Wifi surfing access, furnished by wardrobe, Single bed, 3 SEATER Sofa (sofa bed), Dinning table and Chair, Electric Stove, Fridge and freezer, Electric kettle, bed sheets, pillow and Kitchen accessories.
