Wholeheartedly, I must express that this is a beautiful home, both interior and the environment, would accommodate one's life with delight, joyce, excitement and peace.

My apartment is 51sqm in size, contains a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, on top of that, a spacious balcony (not included in the 51sqm) welcomes fresh air and tranquil moments.
Expertly designed floor plan guarantees well separated compartments for various aspects/activities of daily life, yet the smooth layout ensures effortless connections and transitions between them.
All the interior furbishments were selected based on quality and coziness, with the purpose to provide comfort for me-time or with friends, and rapid recharging at home.

I am a scientist as profession, I deem myself reliable and responsive. I bought my apartment in 2022, the reason why I am renting it out is because I got a job offer in California, I believe it's a great opportunity to try out another life style and to grow personally. Hence I would like to rent out my apartment before i decide anything further.
