Hej hallå!

We (Diána and Jakob) are looking for someone to move into our shared flat from the first of December for 5000 SEK per month.

The flat is located in Hägerstensåsen, a 7-minute walk from the subway station, with an ICA nearby. The apartment is shared by three people and features a spacious living room/kitchen area. The available room is small but can fit a bed, desk, and has a built-in wardrobe. We are mainly looking for a student who plans to stay for the duration of their studies in Stockholm (or even longer). The current funiture can be taken over for some payment or you bring your own furniture, that's up for discussion.

The co-living flat has place for three people in total. Diána is 25 years old, originally from Hunary. She currently doing her PhD at Karolinska Institutet. She's a curious and kind mind, with living experience in the Netherland and now Sweden. Diána likes to read books, go for hikes and gym. If thats any of your interests, thats alredy a good sign.
Addinally, there is the person whos writing this text, Jakob. I am 30 years old and currently doing my master's degree at Konstfack University. I started my program last year, and it is a two-year master's. Originally, I am from Germany, and my interests include design, arts, second-hand shopping, and good cakes on Sundays.

Our current roommate Juan is moving out and thats why we are looking for someone to fill up the gap :)
We hope to find someone with a fitting vibe to us. Naturally, we share the evening hours in the kitchen/communal living space, sometimes cooking together, or invite some friends.
