2 room apartment in a calm neighbourhood close to nature and water with a 5 min walk to the nearest beach. Great communications: 10 minute walk to nearest subway station, with a 4 minute ride to Fridhemsplan or 10 minute ride to Liljeholmen.

The bedroom has a 120cm bed, but there's room for a 180cm bed if you remove the desk. There are great storage possibilities with 2 built in closets in the bedroom.

The living room is spacious with big windows and room for both a sofa and dining table. The balcony is accessible from the living room with direct sunlight in the afternoon.

The bathroom has a tiled bathtub and heated floors.

Most of the furniture on the images is included, with some reservations. There will be a different sofa in the living room and a different chair in the bedroom. The art and personal items will be removed. I'm open to discuss removing more stuff if you'd prefer (like the desk in the bedroom and the bed if you'd like another one) and its allowed to bring your own furniture if you want to, within reasonable limits.

Electricity, water and internet is included in the rent.

I'm renting out my apartment to move in with my partner, so it may be possible to extend the lease.
