The kitchen cabinets are light grey with brass fittings, and the marble worktops are bordered by white, wavy tiles. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer.

Living Room: A wide opening leads into the spacious, square living room, which is surrounded by high skirting boards and offers ample space for various furniture arrangements and a large sofa set.

Bedroom: The cosy bedroom is quietly situated overlooking the courtyard and greenery. Here, you'll find a relaxing atmosphere and good storage options, with two built-in wardrobes, as well as space for a dresser or desk.

Bathroom: The bathroom is bright and spacious, thanks to a large, privacy-providing window. The walls are fully tiled with white tiles and light grey borders. It features a freestanding clawfoot bathtub, toilet, sink with vanity, and a towel warmer.

We are renting out the apartment due to a move abroad. It is unfurnished, available immediately, and can be rented for one year with the possibility of extending for another year. Internet is included.
