French Italian living every other week with 2 little babies (almost always outside, at school or, when I’m alone, travelling), working in development aid and support to democracy in Africa and Latin America for the Greens, I’m renting out the extra bedroom of a 3 roomer in Gröndal, on the top of the hill between Vinterviken and Liljeholmen (lake Trekanten). Liljeholmen centrum and Gröndal stations close by, Trekanten lake and Vinterviken at 3 mn walk down the hill, trams, bus hub station to many destinations, buses to the airport, Liljeholmen centrum has everything you need included cheap grocery stores (as Lidl) or exclusive ones, second hand shops, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, hospitals, dentist etc. Nature is absolutely breath taking and you’re only 3 stations away from Slussen or just one from Södermalm and Hornstull. I’ll be traveling often to Africa and Latin America this year (not even counting the personal trips to France, Italy, Switzerland and Greece I will make).
The apartment has everything you need : fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and induction stove, modern bathroom with floor heating, personal washing machine and rain shower, a piano, closets, wardrobes and furnitures, 60” 4K TV with Netflix, prime video, Apple TV, Canal +, Comhem play, C more, MUBI, HBO Max etc.), home cinema. The apartment has fiber internet connection with 10Gps. The price includes everything (bills, services, apps and material, access to basement, extra laundry room and bicycle room, use of the outdoor terrace etc.). We will share electricity costs (based on the bill, that’s fair) so I wont have to evaluate how much it will cost here !
