A community home for 150 ambitious international talents located at Brommaplan, only 18 min from Sthlm City with the green metroline. You have your private studio apartment with a private bathroom and access to spacious shared areas including a large communal kitchen, coworking area, gym, cinema, sauna - and a private garden. We have availabilities often and you can stay as long as you like. Our standard notice period is 60 days. The monthly fee is all-inclusive, starting at 9500 SEK and covers furniture, utilities, wifi, regular cleaning and community events.

The Homes

Bright 15 sqm coliving studios which come fully furnished and move in ready. Besides your own studio, you have access to 1100 sqm of shared areas where you can cook, socialize, relax or work. The shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lobby, coworking space, wellness area, gym, cinema and a garden. You also have access to a community of likeminded professionals, and can take part in community events and activities whenever you like. The monthly fee includes everything: community, utilities, wifi, cleaning of shared areas, furniture, linen and towels. Studio cleaning, car parking and storage space are available as add-on services.

The Area

Bromma is a pulsing green living area surrounded by water, just northwest of the Stockholm city centre. In the middle, you find Brommaplan, a lively hub combining excellent commuting options and all living services needed. Grocery stores, pharmacies, farmers market, cafés and workout facilities are located less than one minute from the main entrance. You travel fast to the city with the green subway line, jump on a bus in any direction, or head towards Bromma airport, only 18 minutes away. It's easy to get here and even easier to live here.
