ROOM: Furnished with an IKEA bed, desk, wardrobes, good desk, office chair, desk lamp, floor lamp, ceiling lamp, blackout curtain, and bookshelf.

INTERNET WIFI: 100/10 Mbps, 5G network (external).

JOGGING/SPORTS: Close to two lakes, about 5 km away, or further away forests for hiking or running 5-15 km. Other options include a sports center, running tracks, and swimming pool/gym, all 1-6 minutes away (Sundbyberg swimming pool).

METRO: Blue line, Tvärbana Solna, Commuter train, walking distance 5-7 minutes. Bus, 3 minutes - 24/7 service to City, Airport bus to Arlanda (about 30-60 minutes).

DISTANCES by T/P/B: Kista 10 minutes, Odenplan 5 minutes, Central Station 8 minutes. Bus Sundbyberg Odenplan (515) about 30 minutes. Tvärbana: Solna to Sickla (Bromma).

RENT: 6 200 SEK/month.
